Had two rugs cleaned. One was in very bad shape. It looks brand new! They fixed the fraying edges and bound the edges, cleaned it throughly and all the beautiful colors are vibrant again.

Fantastic service! Our puppy chewed a hole in our kilim rug that I thought was beyond repair. They came to the house - assessed all of our rugs - Several in need of repair, all in need of cleaning. I needed the rugs back in less than two weeks - and they got it done. Three rugs were repaired and looked great. The kilim was repaired absolutely beautifully - I honestly can't identify where it was repaired. I am so appreciative of the professional, expert and rapid service. Highly recommend!

Nick is a true professional! He explained what repairs and treatments he recommended on our 100 year old oriental rug and why. He gave us options with no pressure. Once we ok'd the work he got busy on the job and kept us in the loop. He even went above and beyond and performed a labor intensive dye matching repair on 2 areas of the rug at no additional charge just so we would be 100% happy with the overall appearance of the finished product. Would highly recommend! I has a 100% wool carpet from the Restoration Hardware outlet that was ripped in 2 - ABC was able to clean and mend it back together. You can’t even see the rip and it looks like a brand new carpet. Kind, fair and professional service. Thank you ABC!
